Dr Hao Zheng

Personal profile

Ph.D. from the Australian National University, a member of the ACHS (Association of Critical Heritage Studies), and a devoted reader of Michel Foucault. His main research areas include urban history, spatial governance, and everyday landscapes. He has published three papers in SSCI journals and in English book chapters. He is currently the principal investigator of the Sichuan Provincial Project for Philosophy and Social Sciences, titled “Space, Subjectivity, and Power: The Transformation of Everyday Spaces in Chengdu during the First Half of the 20th Century.”
